All the stories here are FREE to enjoy.  All I ask is that you do not copy the stories here to post elsewhere.  THINK before trying to pass off any, or even parts of these stories off as your own creation.  People get into a lot of trouble for being so foolish. Besides, what good is it if you climb to glory by way of cheating?  Tisk, tisk...that would be a shameful thing to do.  Take pride in your work, secure your integrity, and be the best that you can be.  Believe me, it'll be an awesome and worthwild journey.  I mention this only because there were more than a few times that I had to chase down parts of my stories claimed to be written by someone else. Please know that everything written and published, even on the web, is time stamped.

You'll find many stories here based on Japanese history.  Somehow, someway each story is connected to Japan, even if it is only by a thread.  You best know straight off that none of the freebie stories presented on the website is of "PRO" quality. Think of them as being laid out on the draft table still being worked on and the good ones will eventually make it to print, but only after more work and editing.  In the mean time, I hope they will entertain you as they presently are and perhaps even motivate some of you who are new writers to hang in there and keep moving forward with your stories.
